Oreo e nutella Brownies

E questi dolcetti me li ha promossi a pieni voti!

OREO AND NUTELLA BROWNIES
dpp_0358

Here I am friends with another yummy bake! Before throwing myself into a full period packed with autumnal baking I thought I would suggest you a sweet treat that’s capable of cheering up even the saddest among the most miserable souls. Lately both my sister and I have been in the mood for chocolate since we’re still facing the back to school month. Luckly for us, brownies have been our solution. You know what?! Brownies are always the anwer to problems; well… at least they should be!

In this recipe you get a brownie which is super moist on the inside and slightly crunchy on top. Moreover nutella and oreo biscuits enrich the brownie batter giving you at the end, one of the tastiest result I’ve ever experienced in my whole baking life. This is the ultimate brownie recipe, you really need to try these!

INGREDIENTS:

 150 g dark chocolate

100  g unsalted butter

3 large free-range eggs

200g caster sugar

15 g cocoa powder

100 g plain flour

1 pinch of salt

1) Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F. In a small pan melt the diced butter and the chocolate. Once nicely melted, pour the chocolate mixture into a separate bowl and stir in the sugar. Let it cool down slightly.

2) Add the eggs, one at a time, then sift in the cocoa powder along with the flour and salt. Mix gently the ingredients until you can see no more lumps of flour in it.

3) Pour the brownie batter into a 20×20 cm square cake tin and spread the mixture evenly into the corners. Arrange some teaspoons of nutella on the surface of the batter and marble with a skewer. Finally sprinkle on top some coarsely broken pieces of oreo biscuits.

4) Bake it for 35-40 minutes. Let the brownies cool down completely before cutting them into squares.

Store the brownies in a air-tight container for maximum 2-3 days.
